Hi! My name is Jenna Hope. After completing my undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Exercise I went on to do a masters in Human Nutrition, which I am just finishing. I gave up refined sugar 6 years ago and after seeing the effects on my physical and mental health I became fascinated by the way food impacts the body and the mind. I feel it is really important to eat well and exercise regularly. Upon finishing my masters I look forward to my future career as a nutritionist.
