Baked Sweet Crumpets

The perfect way to start your day with some sweet crumpets and it’s so easy to bake! ⁠

Fancy something sweet to start your day? We have the perfect thing that will crave your sweet tooth first thing in the morning. ⁠ ⁠

These Sweet Biscoff Crumpets, topped with banana and Gnawble will do just that! The best thing about crumpets is that they will taste good with almost any sweet topping. This one is definitely our favourite though, tastes SO good.

You can change up the sauces each time so it varies and all of our Gnawbles would taste amazing.

There really is no better way to start the day that with a yummy breakfast, we can assure you this will be your new go to.

  • 3x Crumpets
  • 40ml Plant based milk
  • 30g Biscoff spread
  • 1tbsp Flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 Pack of Gnawbles
  • 1x Banana

  1. First pre-heat the over to 180 degrees fan.
  2. Toast 3 crumpets then cut each of them in half and place them in the dish of your choice. 
  3. Add the flaxseed and water in a jug and stir then leave for 10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Whilst the flaxseed is thickening spread the biscoff over each crumpet.
  5. Add 40ml of plant-based milk to the flaxseed mix and stir.
  6. Pour the flaxseed mixture over the crumpets and make sure they are covered.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and in the meantime chop up the banana and melt some more biscoff spread.
  8. Finally, add the toppings. We’ve used bananas and Creative Nature Mylk Gnawbles and melted biscoff. Enjoy!
