Berries and Jam Pancakes

Our final stack for Shrove Tuesday has a fruity twist as we topped our fluffy pancakes with berries and jam.

If you love fruit then this stack is for you! The combination of strawberries and raspberries are the perfect blend of sweet and sour.

If you like fruit and chocolate you can add some Gnawbles too which will give it a nice crunch as well.

These berries and jam pancakes is great for the summer too as the fruit is so refreshing.

Our pancake mix is completely Gluten Free which is rare to find and they taste so delicious.

Our mix is so simple to make and a fun thing to do over the weekend too.

Ingredients

  • 1x Creative Nature Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • 200ml your favourite milk
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • ½ cup of raspberries

Method

  1. First, mix together the plant based milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Then add the Creative Nature Pancake mix and whisk together until smooth.
  3. Heat up a frying pan with oil and start pouring your pancake mix.
  4. Once you’ve made the pancakes, stack them up and add your jam to the top and as much fruit as you like. ENJOY!
