

Chocolate Ice Cream
It’s hard to find a dairy free ice cream that is completely nut free with no may contains so we thought, why not create our own chocolate ice cream with our raw cacao powder. It is safe to say that it was delicious and super easy to make which is an absolute bonus!
The best part is that you only need 4 ingredients too. One of the ingredients you need is our Cacao powder to create the creamiest chocolate ice cream.
Cacao Powder benefits include it being high in Iron, Magnesium, Zine and Copper as well as antioxidants. These help to protect the body from outside pollution and other nasties.
We topped this Ice Cream with some chocolate sauce and our Gnawbles to give it that lovely crunch, it did not disappoint.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of free from double cream
- 369g vegan condensed milk
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2tbsp Creative Nature Cacao Powder
- 1x HazelNOT Gnawbles 30g to top

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, use an electric hand whisk to whip the dairy free double cream until it’s thick and firm.
2. Then in a separate bowl mix together the vegan condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream bit by bit until it is fully combined and smooth. Then add in the Cacao powder and fold altogether.
4. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezable container and let it set for 6 hours.
5. Once it is set, scoop into a bowl and sprinkle over your Gnawbles and enjoy!!
