- 2x Creative Nature banana bread Mix
- 6x Large ripe bananas
- 80g Dairy free spread
- 600g Icing sugar
- 300g Dairy free butter
- Green food colouring
- Christmas decor

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
In a bowl mash up the bananas until smooth with a fork.
Then add the baking mix and dairy free spread and stir until fully combined.
Evenly distribute these into cupcake cases and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
Once the cupcakes are baked, let them cool.
Whilst they are cooling, whisk together the icing sugar and butter and add the food colouring till you get the desired green colour.
Once cooled, pipe on the icing and add your decorations
