Easter Chocolate Bark

If you fancy indulging over this Easter holiday we have the perfect thing for you! This Easter Chocolate Bark is the our go to sweet treat this Easter. ⁠

This has to be one of the best things we have made in a very long time. It’s so easy to make and will almost certainly go down a treat with everyone.⁠

Pure chocolate loaded with lots more chocolate treats… it doesn’t get much better than that.

The best thing about our Easter Chocolate Bark that you can add whatever toppings you want, it is completely adaptable to your taste! You could add popcorn, sweets and so much more.

We of course had to add our Gnawbles to give it that perfect crunch.

Ingredients

  • 240g bars of dairy free milk chocolate 
  • 120g bars of dairy free white chocolate
  • 30g Gnawbles (we choose HazelNOT) 
  • 80g packet Mini Eggs 
  • Selection of Colourful Sprinkles 
  • 1 sheet of Baking Paper

Method

  1. Bring some water to the boil in a saucepan and place the milk chocolate on top in a glass bowl and begin to melt. Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl as you don’t want the chocolate to burn. 
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, place on a baking tray with the baking paper. Take a spoon and smooth out until the chocolate is smooth and even 
  3. Melt the white chocolate in exactly the same way as the milk. 
  4. Once melted, drizzle the white chocolate over the top. 
  5. Put all your desired toppings on top (we think the more the better!!!) 
  6. Place in the fridge for around 30-40 minutes until the chocolate has solidified. 
  7. To serve, break the bark up into your desired size pieces. 
  8. ENJOY!!!
