  • 1 x Creative Nature Brownie Mix
  • 3 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed
  • 5 Tbsp Vodka
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 125g Dairy Free Spread
  • 6 Tbsp Thick Cream or Dairy Free Alternative
  • Coffee Beans (to garnsih)

To Make…⁠
1. Combine your flaxseeds with the instant coffee, water and vodka, then allow to stand for 10 minutes to go gloopy.⁠
2. Combine this “flax egg” with the dairy free spread and brownie mix until smooth.⁠
3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.⁠
4. Break the brownie up and spoon into a martini glass⁠
5. Top with a layer of fresh cream and your coffee beans⁠
7. Enjoy!⁠
