Filled Easter Egg

As Easter is just around the corner we wanted to try a new recipe that is less generic to put a fun twist on things, we call it a Filled Easter Egg.

We filled an Easter egg with mousse and added mini eggs and of course our limited edition Bunny Droppings to create the perfect Easter treat.

This was so fun to make and you can be as creative as you like which is a bonus.

Making this Filled Easter Egg would be a great activity to do on Good Friday, ready to indulge in over the weekend.

You can also make this a competition between your family and friends to see who can make the biggest Easter themed egg.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 an Easter Egg
  • 1 serving of mousse
  • 1x tub of Bunny Droppings
  • 1x pack of Mini eggs
  • 1tbsp of Creative Nature Cacao Nibs

Method

  1. Take your Easter egg and fill it up with mousse and let this set in the fridge until firm.
  2. Whilst it’s setting, cut some mini eggs and bunny droppings in half.
  3. When the mousse has set sprinkle over the mini eggs, cacao nibs and bunny droppings.
  4. Grab a spoon and ENJOY!!
