French Toast

Want a breakfast that still feels like a treat? There’s no better way to go that with our French Toast recipe. One ingredient that we have always wanted to try with this is our Chia seeds and it did not disappoint.

The Chia seeds add a little extra boost of protein and fibre to the breakfast favourite. They were so using to prep for this and is a recipe we will be making again and again!

Of course we had to top ours off with Gnawbles and to add that a little bit extra we added some strawberries and raspberries. You just can’t go wrong!!

Our French Toast recipe is completely gluten free and not only is it delicious but it is also so easy to make.

Cook:10 Minutes



  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 1 tbsp Creative Nature Chia Seeds
  • ½ tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup of your favourite milk
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 30g pack Gnawbles
  • 1 handful of Raspberries
  • 1 handful of Strawberries

  1. Mix the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, ground cinnamon and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to activate. 
  2. Heat up a pan and add some dairy free spread. 
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture for about 20 seconds on both sides until well covered. 
  4. Place in the pan until it turns golden brown, cook on a medium to high heat. Cook each side for around 5 minutes . 
  5. Once all done, plate up with raspberries and strawberries and cover with maple syrup!
  6. ENJOY!
