Gluten Free Baked Oats

Now we are going into the colder mornings, why not start your day off right with some warm cosy gluten free baked oats.

These are super easy and quick to make which is ideal when you’re still feeling half asleep in the morning.⁠

⁠We added some nut free Gnawbles and cacao nibs for a chocolate twist, which is perfect for anyone with sweet tooth.

You can also make these the day before and heat them up in the morning and have them on the go.

Who doesn’t like a bit of chocolate? We certainly do and these had the perfect amount.

These Gluten Free Baked Oats are super easy and quick to make which is perfect for the mornings.

Cook:20 Minutes



  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 2x bananas
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 pack of Creative Nature HazelNOT Gnawbles
  • Creative Nature Cacao Nibs
  • 2x flaxseed eggs
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 174 degrees fan.
  2. Add the oats, flaxseed eggs, bananas, baking powder, maple syrup and salt into a blender and blend until combined.
  3. Add the mixture to 2 ramekins that have been greased then sprinkle some Creative Nature Cacao Nibs on the top.
  4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Add some Gnawbles on top and tuck in and enjoy.
