Gnawbles Protein Power Blondies

This delicious protein fuelled recipe was sent to us by the lovely @kasiasplate . Using just a few simple ingredients and three easy steps, these blondies make the perfect healthy snack. These treats are especially good before or after a workout to help with that muscle repair! Top your blondies with any four of our tasty gnawbles flavour, which one will you choose??

  • 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 215ml Coconut Milk
  • 40g Creative Nature Hemp Protein Powder
  • 100g GF Oats (Blended into a flour)
  • 45g Tahini
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Creative Nature Gnawbles

1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until combined in a thick batter

2. Top with gnawbles flavour of your choice

3. Bake for 25 minutes at 175°C fan
