Halloween Pumpkin Bread

Still looking for a way to use up those leftover Halloween pumpkins? This spiced Halloween pumpkin bread is delicious, super easy and best of all, its Vegan and Gluten-Dairy-Wheat- Nut Free, so will cater for everyone at the socially distanced Halloween party!

All you need to do is whip up some pumpkin puree, then  follow the vegan recipe on the back of our banana bread mix, swapping in 400g pumpkin puree instead of 3 large bananas- it’s as simple as that!

This Halloween Pumpkin Bread is such a fun twist on our gluten free Banana Bread and it is so simple to make which is a bonus!

  • 400g Pumpkin Puree
  • 40g Dairy Free Spread
  • 1 Banana Bread Baking Mix

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
2. Pour the mixture into a greased 1lb loaf tin

3. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, then cover with tinfoil and bake for a further 20 minutes.
