Hot Chocolate Bombs

We are absolutely loving hot chocolate at the moment so we wanted to put a twist on it and try and make the infamous hot chocolate bombs.

They are easier to make than they look, we filled them with our Cacao Powder and mini marshmallows so when you pour over warm milk it dissolves and creates the PERFECT hot chocolate… what more could you want? ⁠

These are great to offer anyone who comes over as they are impressive.

This is definitely a step up from your average Hot chocolate and it tastes delicious too which is a bonus.

Our hot chocolate bombs are completely dairy free too so perfect for anyone.

Ingredients

  • 200g Vegan Dark Chocolate 
  • 6tbsp Creative Nature Cacao Powder
  • 6tsp Vegan marshmallows

Method

  1. Melt the vegan dark chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Using an oil brush, spread a thin layer of chocolate in 12 hot chocolate moulds and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, apply a second layer and repeat once more. Keep the leftover chocolate for later.
  4. Once they are set, add 1tbsp of Cacao powder and marshmallows in 6 of the moulds.
  5. Using the leftover chocolate, spread over the rim of each half and stick the other half together.
  6. Set in the fridge for an hour and enjoy with a hot mug of your favourite milk.
