15 Minute Burger! ⁠ ⁠

What is not to love about a burger that only takes 15 minutes to make! ⁠ ⁠

This was SO easy and most importantly was absolutely delicious. Of course we had to pile it full of cheese.

We also added rocket, salsa and tomatoes. It was a great combination! ⁠ ⁠

We served this alongside our Goji Berry and Quinoa salad. They were such a great combo to have together. ⁠

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of meatless meat 
  • 1 tsp Barley Grass 
  • 1 teaspoon tomato salsa
  • 2 slices of vegan cheese
  • 2 Brioche buns

Method

  1. Place the meatless meat into a large mixing bowl and combine together into a bowl. 
  2. Add 1 tsp of barley grass, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and combine with the meat. 
  3. Bring a saucepan with a light drizzle of oil to heat and place the first burger on top to allow for around 3 mins on each side. 
  4. Once the burger is cooked add the slice of cheese to the burger for a further two minutes until melted. 
  5. Start building your bun starting with the burger followed by the salsa and rocket adding the sauce of your choice! 
  6. ENJOY
