The inspiration for this recipe came from our love for chocolate and wanting to make something “healthy”, specifically in the form of an energy type “ball” 😅
These Raw Maca Avocado Cacao Truffles are a great fat filled, low sugar, pre-workout snack. These little balls of goodness are packed with healthy nutrients!

Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 3 tbsp Date Paste
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Maca Powder
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
- Form into balls and roll in Cacao Powder.
- Store in the refrigerator where they will harden up in about an hour.
