These Salted Caramel Gnawble Cookies are completely gluten free too which is amazing.

They are super simple and easy to back so it doesn’t get much better than that.

Ingredients

  • 225g of dairy free butter
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 275g gluten free plain flour
  • Gnawbles (as many as you like!)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°c fan.
  2. Mix your dairy free butter with your caster sugar until fully combined
  3. Add the gluten free plain flour and mix well.
  4. Add the gnawbles and mix well To form a dough.
  5. Roll into small balls then space them evenly out on a lined tray then flatten them down using the palm of your hand.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven.
  7. Enjoy dunked in a hot cuppa!
