

Vegetable Fajitas

Ingredients
- 3 Peppers
- 1 Red Onion
- 5 Mushrooms
- 2 Tortilla Wraps
- 1 Avocado
- A Tin of Chooped Tomatoes
- Seasoning of your choice
- 1 tsbsp Creative Nature Shelled Hemp Seeds
- Olive Oil

Method
- Prepare all veg by cutting into desired shape.
- Now you need to fry off all of the veg with olive oil.
- Once they are all fried off for 3 -4 minutes add your chopped tomatoes and seasoning.
- Let that all simmer for a further 3 minutes.
- Now add the mix onto your tortilla wrap and add the Avocado.
- Enjoy!
