Ingredients
- 1 x Creative Nature Banana Bread Baking Mix
- 40g Dairy Free Spread
- 3 Large Ripe Bananas
- 10g Grated Fresh Ginger
- Zest of One Orange
- Frozen Cranberries/ Redcurrants

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Mash your bananas in a bowl and then combine with the dairy free spread
- Add the Grated Fresh Ginger, Orange, Frozen Cranberries/ Redcurrants and mix until fully combined
- Spoon your mixture evenly into 7 muffin cases and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
