How do I become a Wholesaler or Trade Customer?
The fastest way to enquire about a wholesale/ trade account is to go to the Trade tab, on the home page and click on Create a New Account. Simply enter all of your info, including your email and phone number and send us a message

How should your products be stored?
We recommend that you store our products in a cool dark, dry place out of direct sunlight. (Always keep the airtight lid on too, as it keeps the product fresh)
Do you offer coupons and discounts?
Yes there are a variety of promotions we do across our website and social media including Twitter, Facebook. You can subscribe to our newsletter.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do ship internationally; you can view our overseas shipping on our shipping page.
Is taking any of your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We suggest that contacting your GP if you have any concerns about using any of our products during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding.
Are your Super foods packed on a gluten free line?
Yes all our Super Foods are packed on a Gluten Free Line.
Are your Apricot Kernels Bitter?
Yes our Apricot Kernels are very Bitter, we source only from the Himalayas to ensure the highest quality and the most amount of Laetrile in our Bitter Apricot Kernels. We do not bleach our Apricot Kernels as many that come from Turkey are bleached.
Are all your products certified Organic?
We have around half our range certified Organic. The reason for this is that we always source the highest nutrients content Super Foods whether they be Organic or not. For Example Hawaiian Spirulina is not certified organic but there is published research to show that it is much higher in so many nutrients than any Organic Spirulina out there.
How do I pay?
Simply add products to basket and complete the checkout process. If you are still having problems, please give us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Once you have placed your order, we endeavour to dispatch the same working day as long as your order is placed before 1pm. If it is placed after 1pm it will be dispatched the following working day. If you choose next day courier service, your parcel will be delivered the next working day after dispatch. If you choose Royal Mail First Class then the vast majority of deliveries are made within 1-2 working days. If you choose Royal Mail Second Class then the vast majority of deliveries are made within 3-5 working days. Royal Mail on the odd occasion can take up to 10 days (We can make great super foods but unfortunately we can’t solve all the problems of the postal service) A working day is Monday- Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays) For overseas orders please visit our shipping page for delivery times.
What is your Policy on Returns?
We require you to email email@example.com within 48 hours if product is damaged. We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you have a defective product please return your product with the original purchase receipt if possible. If you purchased directly from us, please contact us and supply the following info: Product Name Copy of the original receipt Best Before Date Batch A digital photo of any damages
