- 1 Banana (chopped)
- 200ml plant based milk
- 15g Creative Nature Cacao Powder
- 20g Creative Nature Hemp protein powder
- 40g Creative Nature Brownies (pre made)
- Maple Syrup (add to taste)

1. Blend together the chopped banana and plant based milk of your choice until smooth.
2. Add small squares of brownie with the cacao and protein powder and blend to your desired consistency. Add extra milk if it seems too thick.
3. Taste the mixture and add maple syrup if need be,
4. Pour your shake into a glass or mason jar with a straw, and enjoy in the sunshine!
