It simply follows our original banana bread mix recipe with the addition of sweet and summery dried fruits to transform the classic banana bread loaf into snack sized fruity treats! Still 100% organic and refined sugar free, you know that with this recipe you are nourishing your body with the best quality ingredients!

  • Creative Nature Banana Bread Mix
  • 40g Dairy Free Spread
  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • Handful of Creative Nature Goji Berries and Dried fruit of your choice

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 C / 400 F / Gas Mark 6
  2. Mash up your bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork or a potato masher works best if you have one!
  3. stir in the Banana bread mix and dairy free spread, adding a splash of water if the mix seems dry.
  4. Carefully stir in The Goji berries and Dried fruit – We used 5th Season‘s dried fruit for an extra crunchy texture!
  5. Spoon the mixture into cupcake or muffin cases, and pop in the oven.
  6. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
