The inspiration for this recipe came from our love for chocolate and wanting to make something “healthy”, specifically in the form of an energy type “ball” 😅⁠

These Raw Maca Avocado Cacao Truffles are a great fat filled, low sugar, pre-workout snack. These little balls of goodness are packed with healthy nutrients!⁠

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbsp Date Paste
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Maca Powder
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth.⁠
  2.  Form into balls and roll in Cacao Powder.⁠
  3. Store in the refrigerator where they will harden up in about an hour.⁠
