Ingredients
- 200g Quinoa
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
- 480ml Vegetable Stock
- 2 tsp Creative Nature Spirulina Powder
- 400g Kidney Beans, Drained
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 2 Chillies, finely diced
- 50g Creative Nature Goji Berries, Soaked in Water
- 60g Creative Nature Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 200g Sweetcorn
- 2 Peppers, Sliced
- Handful of fresh Coriander, Chopped

Method
- Add the Quinoa, Spices, Chili Flakes, Spirulina Powder and Vegetable Stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix through thoroughly
- Present in a serving bowl, and enjoy!
