This South American Quinoa Salad Recipe is perfect for lunches and packed with Vitamin C for a stronger immune system.

  • 200g Quinoa
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
  • 480ml Vegetable Stock
  • 2 tsp Creative Nature Spirulina Powder
  • 400g Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 2 Tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 Chillies, finely diced
  • 50g Creative Nature Goji Berries, Soaked in Water
  • 60g Creative Nature Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 200g Sweetcorn
  • 2 Peppers, Sliced
  • Handful of fresh Coriander, Chopped

Share this recipe


  1. Add the Quinoa, Spices, Chili Flakes, Spirulina Powder and Vegetable Stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and liquid is absorbed
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix through thoroughly
  3. Present in a serving bowl, and enjoy!
