- 40g Gluten Free Oats
- 200ml Plant Milk of your choice
- 100ml Apple Juice
- 1 chopped spiced apple protein bar
- 1 handful chopped apple
- 1/2 tsp barley grass powder
- 1/2 tsp mixed spice

- Add all ingredients to a pan and soak overnight for a softer texture.
- Cook on a low heat until the liquid evaporates and your porridge reaches a desired consistency.
