Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 200g sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 400g mixed beans
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 300g Pulled Jackfruit
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 300ml vegetable stock
- Creative Nature Hemp Seeds to top

Method
To Make:
- Add the oil to a saucepan and add the pepper, sweet potato, and ginger over a medium heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the jerk seasoning, thyme, beans, hemp seeds, tomatoes, jackfruit, maple syrup and stock and bring to the boil. Once boiling, simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sweet potato is cooked, the jack-fruit is tender, and the sauce has thickened.
