Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Over-ripe Banana
  • 85 g Oatmeal + 1 tablespoon Oat Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar (Honey, Agave, or Normal sugar is fine too)
  • 3 tablespoons of Oat Chocolate Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Creative Nature Cacao Nibs
  • 50 g Roughly chopped chocolate pieces
  • Some Finely Chopped Walnuts and cinammon

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven on 180 Celsius & take baking paper + baking tray.
  2. Cut the banana in pieces and mash it thoroughly + add this together with the oatmeal in a big bowl and mix.
  3. Add the cacao nibs, walnuts, and coconut sugar – mix again.
  4. Carefully add in the chocolate milk, stir mixture with a spoon and then add oat flour until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Now add in the roughly chopped chocolate pieces and sprinkle some cinnamon over the cookie dough.
  6. Lastly, roll dough into tiny balls, flatten them with your hand-palm on the baking sheet. leave about 5cm space between them.
  7. Place them in the oven for about 15-20min.
  8. Ready to be served! ��
