Ingredients

  • 3 Peppers
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 5 Mushrooms
  • 2 Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 Avocado
  • A Tin of Chooped Tomatoes
  • Seasoning of your choice
  • 1 tsbsp Creative Nature Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • Olive Oil

Method

  1. Prepare all veg by cutting into desired shape.⁠
  1. Now you need to fry off all of the veg with olive oil. ⁠
  1. Once they are all fried off for 3 -4 minutes add your chopped tomatoes and seasoning. ⁠
  1. Let that all simmer for a further 3 minutes.⁠
  1. Now add the mix onto your tortilla wrap and add the Avocado.⁠
  1. Enjoy!
